Its' not difficult after all, but should you not feel comfortable in messing around with Terminal commands, at least GO TO your Library and then navigate within there. So launch your browser and search for (copy here and paste in search field) "macos user library hidden" and find your answer. There are different methods on how to either access your Library folder, either make it visible, being this temporary rather than not.
